"Lovely big clean room bar the smell of fresh paint as you walked in and the bathroom door sticking. All the staff were lovely though and plenty of parking spaces plus a a good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast. Lots of other eateries if you so wished within a 2 to 5 minute radius too and the Aston Moss tram stop which will get you to Co-op Live Arena / The Etihad stadium and beyond about a 10 minite walk away."

"A good looking Hotel from the outside, the food in the restaurant smelled great as you climb the steps to the door. (There is a disabled lift around the side somewhere) Self check in with help available, parking fee arranged at this point, I had missed this on the website, it was £7.50 a night, not over the top but a surprise for me. "Came into a boiling hot room."

"I stayed in a room with a king size bed which was as very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and one young lad who was training to work on the front desk, helped me with my check in and showed and helped me down some steps to my room with my suitcase and bags. Unfortunately, I didn’t get time to use the facilities this time but I have used them many times in the past and enjoyed them."
