"Take care although this property is in a fabulous location, clean and has friendly staff. Bed was very uncomfortable/hard, our shower room flooded, we were put in a room that was so dark in lighting you could barely see and the third party provider double charged us for parking and hotel is unable to assist with this when i called for help and provider is uncontactable."

"My wife and I and our son and his partner stayed three nights at Airth Castle. Some of the reviews we had read beforehand made us nervous. We believe the hotel is currently upgrading their bedrooms and during our stay we did see some upgraded rooms which looked really good.
