"Absolutely wonderful staff, we got upgraded to a suite which was a bonus as it was our wedding anniversary. Treatment area is absolutely amazing and so relaxing, you can sit pre and post treatment to relax. Treatment was amazing!! Despite us being informed that a member of staff was off sick in the morning, so my husband and I had half the treatment time each, it was still amazing. Lunch was decent and breakfast was cooked upon request and tasted good. Thank you for a memorable experience!! The only downside was that there are no restaurants nearby, so we had to get a cab to the nearest one which proved a nightmare when trying to get back around 11."

"beware room 10 is very small, although its a double bed it is pushed against the wall and only a narrow walkway arouund the room and no where to put luggage, Other wise all okay, with very nice provision of tea tray and toileties, and helpfull happy staff, rooms need a bit of decorating been here before and will do again"

"We had a very comfortable stay. The room was v clean and spacious. The breakfast was disappointing as only continental and when ordering hot chocolate off the menu it was unavailable."

"We love our annual stay at The Riverside in Salisbury, perfectly located for a quiet stay whilst close enough for a picturesque walk into the city. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms lovely and spacious. Looking forward to our next stay in 2027."

"Staff were very welcoming and a lovely spacious room. There was a cobweb on one of the posts on the bed, but the rest of the property was reasonably clean. Bedding wasn’t the most comfortable, but the bed was. The plugs in the bathroom were slightly annoying, but overall it was a lovely stay, a very nice bar area, and great staff."
