If the grill is not left clean, a $50 charge will be taken from the security deposit this is the fee we are charged for grill cleaning by housekeeper.
Any evidence of smoking found by housekeeping anywhere on the property incurs a $500 charge.
If furniture is moved and not replaced, a $100 fee will be incurred, as housekeeping needs to pay additional people to move it back.

Outstanding house with perfect views. The house was perfect in every way. Extremely clean, perfectly maintained, and well stocked (love the water filtration system). Some of the best views in the Caribbean from the back yard. Highly recommend. Both the Owner (Sidney) and the Mgmt Staff (Virginia) were great to work with. We've traveled all over the Caribbean and the locals on Exuma might be the friendliest!

Coconut Breeze was one of our favorite vacation stays yet! It is more amazing than the pictures. The house is very well equipped and centrally located so you can get to beaches in both ends of the island. The pool and swimming in the ocean in front of the house were the best!

The view was STUNNING as you walked in the front door!Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Well stocked with everything you need to cook your food. We loved the fact that it was centrally located on the island. We had one issue with one bathroom shower as the water wouldn't get very warm but we would highly recommend this place!

We loved this house and the views! We had some issues initially that were taken care of swiftly! Property owner is kind and quickly responds. I had lots of questions because of potential weather and she was so very helpful. Love the location…close to the airport. Highly recommend!

This house is even better in person! So beautiful and so clean. Absolutely loved staying here, very glad we chose this house. Very comfortable and the location is central to everything! Very well stocked with everything you need! I already miss having my coffee on the back porch watching the sun rise! The beach out back is great, we swam everyday. Can’t wait to return someday!

30th Anniversary trip

Hubby and I had a very nice 10 days at Coconut Breeze. Loved the pool and the shower the most! Wish there was a generator as there were many power outages, but that is to be expected in Exuma from what we read. Tim’s on the Bay is a must! We ate there twice! Very nice trip. Thank you!

Coconut Breeze

This is an amazing house rental. The furniture is comfortable for lounging around the house after a long day, and the outdoor furniture is perfect for that too. The hammock is very relaxing. The bedroom with bunks and a king bed is perfect for kids to share a bedroom or for parents with small children who are able to be in bunks but want their parents in the room with them. The kitchen space is large and not crowded, perfect for gathering around and enjoying snacks, drinks, or a meal. The beach in front of the house is perfect for just hanging out and watching the waves. there’s even some kayaks and paddle boards, if the waves aren’t too rough. Overall, a very spacious and enjoyable place to stay during your trip to Exuma.

Beautiful property

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Exuma. The house and property were nicer than the pictures! The property owner was so responsive and we loved the central location so we could explore both sides of the island. The power did go out a couple of times but it comes back on and property owner said they are getting a backup generator. Honestly didn’t really affect us. Only suggestion would be a couple more beach chairs but other than that we would come here again in a heartbeat!!!

Stunning Views, Fun For All Ages

Coconut Breeze was everything we could have hoped for! The house was immaculate, the pool and beach access were fantastic, and Sidney was super responsive when my 5 year old locked us out of the bathroom. Despite being less than a mile from the airport, we never heard a single plane. I highly recommend this amazing property!

Fantastic location on the water in Exuma

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Breeze. The home is just fantastic, clean, beautiful, everything we wanted and hoped for in a VRBO in the Bahamas. The furnishings are great, 3 large bedrooms. But the view out the back of the house of the bay between Exuma and the little Cay was fantastic. There was very little beach directly behind the house except at low tide, but there is a mile of beach to the south of the house, so the small beach at the house was no issue at all. The view between the palm trees was a perfect frame for looking out at the crystal clear Exuma water. Being close to the airport and Georgetown to the south was nice as we had very short drives to anywhere we wanted to explore on the island. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. The house had all the kitchen stuff needed for say at home meals. The food in Exuma is expensive, but eating at home most of the time still saves money over eating out. We would stay at Coconut Breeze again!

Perfect View

This house is immaculate and well appointed. The view from the living room, primary suite and kitchen are of the stunning Exuma blue waters. The pool was sparkling and the walk over the rocks to get down on the beach was very doable for us sixty somethings. The beds and linens are very nice quality and comfortable. Plenty of soft towels and beautiful tile bathrooms. A very short drive from the airport and it was easy to turn in and out of the street to go shopping, exploring or eating. We will be back!
