"My wife and I stayed 4 nights M-Th. The property is a large gated Villa community and our One Bedroom suite was very spacious. The property was extremely clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. The Palapa restaurant was the only dining option on Monday and Tuesday as the Jerk Hut and 23 North are only open starting Wednesday. We rented a golf cart for $30 per day to assist with getting around the community and was well worth it. We spent the majority of the days on the beach and chairs/umbrellas are set up daily along with clean towels. The service was nice at the restaurant yet a bit on the slower side which we did not mind. The closest convenience store is a 7 min drive and a larger grocery store is about 10-15 taxi drive. If you want food/items delivered to you; you can request the items 72 hours before arrival. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. "

"This house was amazing from decor, all things needed for pool, beach, cooking everything!Loved the two washer machines and driers! Great location! If you want to visit all the beaches this house is in the middle each way! Close to grocery and liquor stores also!!"

"We stayed here with extended family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - party of 10 was quite comfortable. Loved the private pool and the large family room and kitchen on each wing. The location is great, only 5 min from airport and right on the prettiest beach on the island. For some reason, the water seemed a brighter blue. If the water is calm, you can snorkel out to a reef about 100 yards out that is pretty good. My daughter and fiancee kayaked out to the island which was fun. Finally, the caretaker was awesome to work with; letting us in early and stay a few hours after checkout to accommodate for our flights. The rental came with filtered water bins which she coordinated refill when empty which was unexpected. Would love to return."

Well stocked with everything we needed. Plus 5 minutes from the airport. Well located on the island. You wouldn't even need to leave the house. Although we did.to visit other beaches. "Zen Exuma is the perfect accommodation on Exuma. It is well located--10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Georgetown and central to everything. The beach is beautiful, walkable and has a sandy bottom. Lounge chairs are set up for your use. We had the beach to ourselves in May. The house has been completely redone, and you won't find a nicer house on the island. It sits off the road (many do not). There's both stairs and a ramp to the front door. The main floor has two living and kitchen areas with a large, well appointed kitchen. There is a small bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and walkout to the pool area (perfect for those with limited mobility). There are 4 large bedrooms upstairs, three with king beds and a bunk room. Each has its own bathroom. Finally, there's a fold out couch upstairs. Almost all bedrooms have balconies. The star of the house is the pool area with palm trees, lounge chairs, numerous outdoor seating areas, a grill, dining tables and hammocks. The rooftop sitting area is great for star gazing. The house can comfortably accommodate a large group. It's perfect for adults or families with kids. Karen, the hostess, lives on the island and can answer all questions. She helps with recommendations and reservations. Karen and Cecil, the property manager, are quick to respond to all questions. They were very accommodating. This is paradise in paradise."
