"This place was perfect for us since we needed one night near the GGT airport. It is close to the airport and very comfortable. We could walk a couple minutes to a beach with no one else around. The proprietors were very nice and easy to reach on WhatsApp. The Internet was a little slow. There were no nearby restaurants or food stores, but we took a taxi to Georgetown for a most delicious dinner. If you spend time there, it might be best to rent a car."

"What word comes to mind when staying at Aqua Vista…UNFORGETABLE! Aqua Vista has a little something for everyone…beach combing and critter hunting, sunbathing and relaxing on the dock and floating island, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking for the adventurer and shallow waters calm enough that you can just stand and chill or float for as long as you’d like. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed many coffee filled sunrises on the dock and happy hour cocktails later in the day. Kitchen was well stocked for our meals in. There was never a time that we didn’t have what we needed, including the stock of spices and herbs that we helped to contribute to. We enjoyed our evenings in playing UNO and streaming movies as the WiFi connection was great! My husband was also able to keep up with work emails a bit during our down time in the early morning. We loved visiting Roy’s Lounge and the restaurants in town on our evenings out. Eric and Gina were fantastic to work with and we were grateful for the videos and detailed files we received prior to our visit. They were only a text away with any questions we had and got back to us very quickly. We used many of their recommendations for our excursions and when renting a car for the six of us. I think the other feature of the house we enjoyed was the outdoor bathroom. Not only were the outdoor showers the best, but I loved all the special decorating touches. It was so hard to leave and we can’t wait to go back! "

"Can’t say enough amazing things about this property! The house itself is beautiful, well stocked, clean, comfortable and in a great location. The view is stunning and makes you feel like you are in paradise! Our kids loved the pool and all of the beach toys the house offers and the adults loved the covered outdoor areas for nightly cocktails and morning coffee! What really sets this house apart though is the house manager Charlene! She truly went over and above and turned our trip into a relaxing vacation! From stocking the fridge for us to helping arrange all of our activities, she really allowed us to enjoy every minute we were there! We can’t wait to go back! "

"Our stay was AMAZING! Stayed at one of the ocean view cottages and the room was perfect. Huge bathroom and amazing balcony with lounge style chairs to sit back and enjoy the night, stars and sounds of the ocean! The restaurant was AMAZING. The food was really good and fresh made to order. I recommend the peas and rice with lobster and shrimp dish they have! "

Perfect location and Villa was setup so everyone had privacy plus great space to be together.Angelique, the property manager was so attentive and made us feel very welcome.Having two kitchens and double appliances were so useful!It was hard to leave the gorgeous house and the amazing beach to explore the friendliest and most beautiful island of Exuma. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a fantastic vacation—whether cooking together in the spacious kitchen with its large center island, grilling outside, or gathering in the roomy living area. Each bedroom came with its own bathroom and private veranda, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone.The outdoor spaces were just as impressive. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, enjoying the comfortable patio furniture, and taking in the breathtaking beach that truly felt like our own private paradise. The colors of the water—shifting from the lightest azure to deep blue—must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.It was also a great comfort knowing the on-site property manager was close by and ready to assist with anything we needed. Beyond the home, we explored local markets and restaurants, and rented a boat to visit nearby Stocking Island—an unforgettable highlight of our trip.This home truly enhanced our Exuma experience, and everyone in our group is already making plans to return next year.
