Il verde che la attornia isola benissimo l'area e permette anche il soggiorno nella giornata parco, piscina giochi ecc. La villa è in una area attorniata da capannoni magazzini che lasciano pensare a zona industriale. Ho fatto un week end quindi non so se nei giorni feriali sia rumorosa oppure no.
