"The breakfast bar tasted off both days we ate there, particularly the sausage and the gray, mushy potatoes on Saturday. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, the shower emitted a high pitched squeak that hurt to hear, the TV went off randomly and could not be turned back on, and I called four times over two days to get fresh bedding but the front desk stated they were out because the hotel was fully booked. I cannot believe there was not one free comforter in the entire hotel. I was incredibly frustrated the entire stay and will not ever return to a Hampton hotel so as not to waste my money again. "

"Definitely a hotel for adults. When checking in was told no kids or pets. The room was very basic but clean. Big comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The jacuzzi tub was big enough for 2 and got nice and hot. There is a $100 CASH deposit when checking in that we weren't expecting so dont get stuck using they're ATM. When checking out, the attendant goes and personally checks the room to be everything is in order and then gives you your cash deposit back."

"The staff were pleasant, particularly Jennifer who worked the front desk. She was so nice and very informative. The cleanliness was another matter. The pool was very cloudy. In a pool 4.3 feet deep, I couldn't even see my own feet touching the bottom of the pool. At first, I didn't think anything of it. I trusted that the pool wouldn't be open unless it was safe enough to swim in. However, that wasn't so because after two days of swimming, my nephew wound up with a UTI. "

"Dirty!! no bar soap. Bathroom was dirty, shower tub was clogged as you showered, carpet was dirty, on the 2nd day we asked them to tidy up the room, but the cleaning lady did not even step in the room. "
