"Hotel was great however they did not let us know that there was no AC in the room prior! Was very humid & warm for us during the Evening. When we called to ask about it they told us that it was a room upgrade, which we were not made aware of prior or during check-in. "

"A four night stay. The weather was cooler than we expected. The room was conveniently located near the ocean. The pool and spa were perfect as was the fireplace. The room itself was comfortable, but the beds and carpet, not so much. We didn't ask for maid service as we cleaned up after ourselves and threw away the trash and placed the used towels in the maids hamper. The fella who checked us in on Wednesday, Zach I think, was very nice and courteous. Parking was easy, right up to the door. All...
