"Great place to park, sleep and fly! Hotel staff friendly and facility clean and shuttle to airport was pleasant to include ease of pickup when I returned. Would stay again."

"Had a horrible experience. My flight got in very late, and I called ahead to make them aware. When arrived, Room was not fit to stay in, not clean, wires hanging, pictures off the wall, had bugs and was definitely not ready for occupancy. Went right back to front desk & was told that it was the only room on the property. Refused to stay there, so at 1:00 in the morning, I had to find another place to stay. Called numerous times to speak to manager and he was never there and didn’t bother to call or email back. Finally, days later, got a hold of someone in corporate who said they would refund 1 night of my 2 night stay. Not acceptable. After much discussion, said he would refund all but a cleaning fee. So he wanted me to pay $50 to have walked in the room and walked right out again. Not cool at all! Would never stay in another of their crummy hotels again"

"They had no record of my confirmed reservation. Due to a glitch with Expedia and their system. It took nearly 2 hours to get into a room. But the Manager and the woman at the counter worked hard for us. The bed was too high to sit on, and the mattress was so lightweight it slid when trying to get up onto it. So I had to have my daughter hold the mattress in place while I attempted to get partially onto it then run around and help me finish climbing on to the slipping mattress. I couldn’t sit on the side either as it dumped me onto the hard edge of the frame. In all I got 45 mins of sleep. Ut wasn’t ideal. Also the night table was too narrow to hold a cpap and the remote let alone a phone amd drink. Glad it was only a short 5 hr stay."
