"The property is small as advertised but fit my daughter and I just fine. It was a great location for the NCAAW games we were there for and everything we did over the 3 days was easily walkable and rideable with the Cardinal bikes. The only downside is thin walls between units but thankfully it neighbors must've been gone the first 2 nights as we only heard them or last night."

"We stayed for a lacrosse tournament in the area. It was a perfect location for us and only 15 min to downtown where there is a plethora of good restaurants. Anne-Marie was very welcoming and the property is peaceful and quaint with lots of birds. Everything we needed and many extras. Anne-Marie was even so kind to share some clippings from her plants and packed them so they would make the trip back home. Much better experience than any hotel room. "this is a little over-the-garage efficiency apartment that had everything we needed for weekend activities in chapel hill! although it’s one room (+bathroom) it was large enough to not feel cramped. the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to and overall it was exactly what we needed!"
