It was a good experience. Enjoyed Victoria as a host and it was a nice quiet place to rest up after sightseeing. The place is a little bit smaller than I anticipated but nevertheless enjoyed the amenities offered and the place was clean.

There needs to be more lighting in the kitchen. The light flickered. Also a bigger mirror in the bathroom. The make up mirror was great. Maybe a full length mirror. This would help when you want to see how you look from head to toe. Especially when you’re getting ready for a special occasion. But other than that it is a cute little place. Appreciated the coffee!

This cute little place was perfect and exactly what I needed. Everything was super clean and felt very homely and welcoming. The location was amazing being so close to downtown. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying by yourself, or at most probably one other person, and if you are going out exploring during the day and just need somewhere to call home at the end of the it.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend trip to Raleigh. The property is so cute, convenient to downtown and NC State. The owners had very nice touches and thought of small details to make our stay great. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. FYI, it is a small space, perfect for one person or a couple.

This little loft was perfect. My daughter an I had come to win to move her into her dorm at NCSU and it was a great experience. The location could t be better and the dedicated parking space is a definite plus in Raleigh. Highly recommend and will book again myself!

I enjoyed my 3 night stay while taking a stream morphology training course through NCSU. The loft is fun and has everything you might need, even snacks! It was great to be within walking distance of the park, campus, and Hillsborough street. Thanks for providing a clean, recently remodeled (great job by the way), and convenient place for a work trip.

This little loft is fantastic! First, the location is phenomenal because it’s a 4-10 minute drive to anywhere you could possibly want to go: also, you can walk to many places to eat or shop. For me, the proximity to my child’s dorm at NC State is a plus as well. The loft is clean, comfortable and just a great little spot! It also has its own dedicated off- street parking which is a giant plus in Raleigh! I certainly plan to book again!

Stayed here for two nights with teen daughter. Just 2 of us. This place is seconds away from NC State Campus and Cameron Village, and easy to get in and out of. AWESOME location.
But…. It’s extremely small. Like staying in an RV or a boat. I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 people even trying to walk into this space. It’s a closet. Awesome location though.
I also had to unplug a scent oil plug in from the wall and place it outside for the entire duration, because the smell was enough to knock you off your feet. Opening the windows and door for the first few hours really helped that. But all of our clothes still smelled like that oil when we got home from the trip.
There’s no mirror in the bathroom. The train is kinda loud behind the space, but not obnoxious.
If it was a little cheaper, I would repeat. At this price, I’d probably opt for the ALoft down the street instead.
Did I mention the location is amazing?
Some stars.

I stayed in Raleigh to check out colleges in the area for my son, and to assess whether Raleigh was a place we'd like to live in the future. I chose this property because it seemed cozy and compact, which always makes me feel more secure than a cavernous, sprawling place when traveling alone. This "mini condo" was wonderful and only got better as I stayed longer. Yes, the place is not huge, but it was incredibly well stocked and laid out. I loved that the bed was on the second floor, separating the living and sleeping areas. The bed was super comfy and the whole space fan provided great white noise that completely washed out any sounds from surrounding units, allowing me to sleep very soundly. The complex overall was very quiet, and the people I passed were all friendly. The location cannot be beat if you are interested in checking out Pullen Park (a mere .3 mile away), NC State University, or downtown. Raleigh is a real walking city and the location was safe (especially important as a solo woman traveler), quiet, and incredibly convenient to everything. I literally walked around for about 10-11 hours each day, always felt very safe, and loved having this lovely little retreat to return to each night. Check in was very easy, the guidelines were clear, and communication with the owners was swift and very pleasant. If I ever travel solo, or with just my husband to Raleigh again, I would want to stay at this little gem of a property once more.

The property is small as advertised but fit my daughter and I just fine. It was a great location for the NCAAW games we were there for and everything we did over the 3 days was easily walkable and rideable with the Cardinal bikes. The only downside is thin walls between units but thankfully it neighbors must've been gone the first 2 nights as we only heard them or last night.

The loft is very cozy. My child is special needs so I wanted something as to where he would feel most comfortable. He acclimated easily to the loft due to how home like it was. Everywhere we went during our stay was very close so it was generally no more than a 5-10 minute drive. Great place.

It’s a small cute place but please be aware. No hot water, cold to luke warm. Water does not drain very well from shower. Outrageous cleaning fee that is almost as much as the nightly cost of the unit.. Lamp in bedroom does not work. Can hear everything in neighboring units
