"Great location and very clean"

"After making a reservation about two weeks in advance, we get there late in the evening to find out they do not have a room available that we reserved. Then, we reluctantly agreed to another room and the smoke smell was so strong. We went to the desk to ask for another room and were told they did not have any other rooms. We had to go to another establishment and find a room. Don’t waste your time. "

"This hotel is our go-to stop any time we're in the Bourbonnais area to visit our son. The rooms and lobby area are always clean, the breakfast is always reliable, and the staff members are always helpful. We look forward to our stay each time!"

"Mixed review-good value and good location. Front desk staff is overworked. Elevator was very dirty-had to clean sticky substance off my shoes!"

"Only stayed one night, but was enjoyable."

"Clean rooms was good room service, but the pool wasn’t working"
