"Here on business for one night. Easy check in. Comfortable friendly hotel. Food in bar very nice. Good buffet breakfast. Plenty of choice. Would return "

"The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. My room looked out on the front entrance rather than the main road so was very quiet. The hotel bar was pleasant with windows and an entrance onto the main street, and it wasn't overly expensive. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and I'd say was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had anywhere. The food was good quality, well cooked (where applicable), and the selection very good. The location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting the city centre and the dock area. It was only 5 to 10 minutes walk into the heart of the city - I didn't need to use a taxi or bus, and didn't move my car from the car park until I checked-out. The only slight criticism I'd have is that the car park charges are quite high, though I think they are cheaper than other local car parks."

"When we arrived no one was at the desk when we got closer it was a self checkin when I started the receptionist came out and greeted us then she helped with the rest. When we were going into the dining area we had to wait for staff to approach us to be given us a table there were 3 people at the bar who looks like arguing amongst themselves who is going to come and get us the table. Young lady only came over when she saw another family who was behind us she didn’t apologise for the wait but she did to the other family, the young people behind the bar were not that friendly but the guy who bought us the meal seemed to be a very nice guy he was friendly. Checking out was easy was met by a nice receptionist who greeted us. Overall was a nice hotel very comfortable bed."
