"We unfortunately stayed for just one night on Thursday, 23 October 2025, on our way back to Joburg, but it was a truly perfect experience, just as we had hoped. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location is beautiful, safe, and enveloped by a lovely forest. We were overjoyed to receive an upgraded room for our special occasion, celebrating my partner’s 64th birthday, which made our stay even more memorable.

"Why did they even register on Expedia (online booking), if they are not going to use or accept clients who book online?
We got to the property at 5.30pm, shiwed them our reservation/confirmation email, only to be returned as apparently it was full booked (they have already accepted cash bookings), despite our online booking which was made hours earlier.
That was a huge inconvenience on our side, and worse we had to go back and forth to finally get our refund."

"I was not allowed to check in and ended up sleping in the parking lot in my car. The reason being that Expedia did not forward payment to the property according to the property management. Horrible experience "
