"The view of Lake Geneva, Chateau Chillon and the Rhone Valley to Dents de Midi from our balcony room (and the hotel terrace / bar) was stunning! Our room was spacious with tea/coffee and minibar. The quality of the bedding - mattress, pillows and duvet - was exceptional and guaranteed a good night's sleep. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold food. The staff, supported by interns from numerous countries worldwide, were all friendly, helpful and professional in looking after us during our stay. The centre of Montreux (for shops/restaurants), the ferry dock and the railway station were a 20 min walk away along the shore of Lake Geneva - or 5 mins by the frequent local bus. A fantastic, memorable experience in a beautiful hotel and City. "

"We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. The lady at reception was not helpful at all. Overall, we had a great time at this resort and this little inconvenience did not hinder our vacation. My recommendation for the hotel management would be to have more transparent communication with guests, providing them with suggestions for day trips, local attractions, more dining options and sightseeing."
