"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "This apartment ticked all the boxes we needed for a successful long weekend ski trip on the Grand Massif. Only a short drive from Geneva Airport, plenty of parking and easily accommodated 4 adults (each with our own bed). Ski bus stop at the bottom of the road that takes you straight into Les Carroz (5 mins). Apartment is compact but well laid out to ensure you have everything you need for a long week. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a really nice stay in Morzine. The apartment is perfectly situated near the periferique de nyon. The house is very comfortable, we stayed with a family of 5. Nitzan ( the host) was very helpful with our questions. We would like to come back!"

"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....
