Country location so car is needed but set in beautiful Tuscan scenery not too far from the seaside. Everything an experienced traveller needs is provided for, I would recommend it."

"I stayed with my family of 4. It was basically the best place we have stayed. The service was great, very attentive and sweet. The food is homemade, savory and fresh. There’s a beautiful view of the countryside. I felt at peace and at home since they made me feel like a family member. The pool is super clean and refreshing. All our needs were attended. "Loved the property we enjoyed a beautified suite in the new wing which I highly recommend. Staff was very friendly and accommodating from the moment we have arrived. Loved the feel of the resort totally relaxes you from the moment you arrive. Dining was wonderful although be weary of the fact that some of the waters aroma in the air may affect the taste of your food or wine especially at dinner time. "This resort is beautiful and intimate. The restaurant is amazing. Mama is a WONDERFUL cook. It is family run and everyone in the family is visible and approachable and very focused on their guests truly enjoying themselves. It’s a short drive from the Saturnia Hot Springs, Manciano, and Montemerano. All beautiful places to visit. The wine was tasty but the OLIVE OIL was the real star for me. "

"We had a lovely time staying at Le Tartarughe. The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed. The property is very peaceful at night leading to a good nights sleep. "Stayed here to go over and swim in the Cascata near Saturnia. Nice place. The front entrance is pretty and easy to spot from the road. The parking spots are fun. You park between olive trees. There are two outdoor pools. Both are relaxing and there are lounge chairs and umbrellas to use. The nearby restaurant Osteria La Fransca is quite nice.
