"Staff communication was fantastic. We arrived late at night and check in was easy. Prime location - we left the vehicle parked and walked to the beach, restaurants, brewery, biergarten, etc. Beach access was close and beach spot was very nice. The entire area was extremely pet friendly which worked out perfect. Most places had water bowls and the Crab’s Claw even had a pet menu."

"Only 3 easily walkable blocks to beach access. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood! Close to everything. We also visited Moorehead City and Beauford by car, which were both less than 6 miles away. Leashed dogs allowed on the beach at all times was definitely a plus!"

"Me and a friend stayed for one night and will definitely be coming back. We arrived early and the folks at the desk allowed us to park on-site even though it was too early to check-in and we spent a few hours on the beach. The room was clean, the people were friendly, the location ideal, and we felt safe."

"The property was just as described and perfect. We felt safe (even our anxiety filled pup) during our entire stay. Inn provided linens and even towels for the pool. Everything was well cleaned and we even had a dehumidifier in our room which is really a necessity when at the beach in the summer. Beds where comfortable and lots of yummy restaurants really close by. We are looking forward to our return visit!"

"My family’s stay was great. Plenty of room to keep our bikes and gear in the room and a great location to ride bikes to breweries, restaurants and the beach. We were so thankful to have been able to include our dog in the trip. Our stay was very nice."

"Dawn was at the front desk for our check in & checkout. And, she was the most pleasant, courteous, professional, delight...to come face to face with at the Bask Hotel. In spite of the construction and the unfinished landscape, the hotel was quiet and eloquent. This was my daughter and I first quality time vacation. We can't wait to go back!! Our balcony room was perfect to view the fireworks. The cost was reasonably worth it. Especially, since it was a holiday weekend. "

"We loved the 24-hour coffee service. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We had muffins one morning; they were fresh. The pool was delightful. It would be nice to have umbrellas at the tables by the pool."

"Plenty of room, cold AC!, well furnished..Very pet friendly for small dogs especially! Securely fenced nice yard, nice decking, etcShort walk to Morehead Waterfront/restaurants, and only like 6 min drive over the bridge to the beach!Nice quiet neighborhood, and only a couple minute walk to the sound!We would DEFINITELY LOVE to stay here again on our next trip to the beach!IMO, the place was as good as it gets!"
