"Everyone was helpful and polite. We had dinner at Mochuelo, the restaurant attached to the hotel. Our first time at a Tapas restaurant. The pool was refreshing. The complimentary breakfast was stellar, not your typical wrapped sweet roll and coffee, there was scrambled eggs, sausage, red potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, bread, fresh fruit, cold cereal, orange juice, coffee and water. I will stay here again the next time I am in Fresno and I will also tell my friends. We had a great time!!"

"To whom it may concern, my overnight stay was for business, after a long day in the field there is nothing better than coming to a place for the rest of the evening to rest, that is more welcoming and friendly, just sets the rest of my eveing right. The staff was great the room was clean and best of all the bed felt like a cloud."

"The area was good. Breakfast was good. Stay was good. The door would not shut and to pull it hard to shut it. I checked in late by 10pm and informed the guy at reception if its okay that i check out late by 1 hour. Im tired since it was a long drive for me. The guy was cool and said okay. Next day at 11am (check out time) the mexican lady at reception called the room and said they will charge $10 for checking out late by 1 hour. I told her that the guy last night said it was okay to check out late by 1 hour. He did not inform me of extra charges. Otherwise i would have checked out at 11 am. She would not reply but just keep repeating "ITS 10 DOLLARS". Anything i would say/tell she would not reply at all but would keep interrupting and repeating RUDELY "ITS 10 DOLLARS". I just checked out at 11.40 am. Would NOT recommend and appreciate that rude receptionist. The guy a night before at reception was cool and good to talk to. He would ask interact how is trip. Where are you travelling etc. Etc. Will tell you where to eat nearby etc. The hotel is good. My only bad experience with the stay is the rude mexican lady at the reception. "
