"The entire building was covered with construction materials and it wasn't even obvious that I was in the right place. The lobby was clean and the attendant was quick. I rode the very small elevator with 2 others to the third floor. There the walls had incomplete baseboards and other edging here and there but not everywhere and not in any obvious pattern. Once I got to my room, I realized that the door to my room was not closed. I opened it the rest of the way and looked around. I went to switch on a light switch for the room with the bed and nothing happened. I then returned to the lobby and informed the attendant of both issues. His response was that the door was probably not closed all the way by the cleaning staff. He then asked me if anything was missing in the room. I responded that I would have no way of knowing that. He said he would go up and check out the room. I told him I would wait in the lobby as I was exhausted and truly thinking I was leaving. I am disabled and just walking to and from the room, was my limit by that time in the day. When he returned he said that nothing was missing in the room. He also said he had turned on all of the lamps in the room. He said he had called the manager and was told that the light switch was a remnant from a time when there was a kitchenette in this room. I asked if there were any other rooms they could give me and he said that mine was the only one available. That was a joke as I had only seen 2 people so far."

"Great location for our plans. Pleasant staff, clean rooms. Saturday night was super busy at pool and hot tub. No fault to the hotel but has smelled like weed by the elevators a couple days. Overall, always a good stay!"

"Staff was so nice. Had a late check in and she was wonderful to deal with. Room was clean. Easy parking lot to use."

"Dirty room. Gross bathroom shower and curtain was gross. Ac sounded broken and was shaking the floor. Part of the third floor was trapped off with fans going. Smelled terrible. Immediately checked out and did not stay."

"We had very loud neighbors, playing loud music outside and talking loud during the night. The staff wouldnt switch us to a different room. Definately not staying here again. "

"We made a last minute reservation to the hotel due to the weather emergency in our area. The staff was very nice at check in. The room appeared very clean and nicely decorated. However after getting settled in we noticed the toilet had a noisy leak. There was. some black mold in the shower and the air conditioner rattled. The people in the room next to us were loud and obnoxious. We left after 4 hours as there was a further emergency at our home. When we checked out the staff appeared very distracted or tired. It was not our best night."

"The pool was closed and my key wouldn’t unlock the exercise room even after I asked the front desk for help. The breakfast was good but on Saturday they ran out of food early. The hotel was clean but dated. I wouldn’t book this hotel again unless we didn’t have other options."
