"The pool was out of commission, no breakfast due to lack of staff. We were not made aware of this when we booked the hotel. The entire 3rd floor smelled straight up like an ashtray! Our room carpet was dirty and littered with crumbs and dog hair. Our smoke detector was filthy and laying on top of the microwave. The hall carpets were very dirty with large clumps of dirt and mud.
