"We visited the Great Ocean Road and stayed in Port Campbell. Our accommodation at 12 Rocks Beach View Loft was stunning. Spacious, beautifully decorated and very well located. The restaurant below didn’t bother us at all. View from the balcony must be the best in town. "

"Very happy with the property- located next to the beach, walking distance to shops/eateries, clean and room well equipped. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the toilet ventilation fan is too strong, making the toilet freezing cold. Otherwise, excellent place to stay in Port Campbell. "

"We are 4 members of one family in Port Campbell to bury our father/ grandfather.We needed a fuss free and peaceful environment in which to prepare and then ‘come down.’ from our emotional farewell.We loved the rabbits and my German daughter in law was tickled going ‘ out the back’ to the bathroom.Thanks to the lovely owners who provided many extras and tips for eateries and good coffee(provided).I will tell my friends and highly recommend the cottage….not to mention the lovely beds!!"
