Friendly, cheerful, and definitely doing a great job. We saw a previous review bizarrely commenting on someone's race—seriously? If you're rating people based on their ethnicity instead of service, maybe you're the problem. Just saying. Check-in and check-out were smoother than a coastal breeze—grabbed our keys from the holder and dropped them in the box on the way out. No fuss, no queues, no awkward small talk. Each room had the usual tea, coffee, and creamer setup (though we didn’t use it, because we were too busy running around town and stuffing our faces). The picture windows in the lounge room were beautiful.The house had everything we needed, and thanks to Diana’s information anything the house didn’t have, we prepared for and brought with us.Had the house not been booked right after us we would have extended our stay.We will absolutely be back."
