"The staff are awesome, very kind and helpful, the restaurant nearby offers good food, it's just that the hotel is very old, and there is noise around the hotel due to construction, traffic, etc. and WiFi in my room was not functioning at all."

"The hotel is decent and well maintained. It is on the main road in Ciudad Juarez. You get what you pay for - so it's a decent place to stay. There is parking space available first come - first serve so it's a bit limited. The breakfast is AMAZING - it is made once you arrive and it's homemade cooked meals. Everyone get's the same breakfast but it's delicious plus there's juice, coffee, water and pan dulce (sweet bread) available in case you don't want to homemade breakfast. It gives you motel vibes but they're great people. The folks at reception are very friendly and can give you recommendations of what to do in Juarez."

"Staff does not provide any customer service. The showers are old, and water gets trapped in them. Very bad experience. Will not stay at the hotel again."
