"A friend and I stayed for a long weekend in this beautiful home. The home had today’s modern conveniences, but kept the charm of a 1930-40 bungalow. Beautiful wood floors look original, and had an updated small kitchen overlooking the charming garden. There was plenty of room for two and would be good for two couples. We ate at a great restaurant just steps away, and were so close to Rice Univ and the Montrose area. The host was more than nice and helpful. Never had to wait for a response. Even helped to carry our bags out. This will be our go-to stay in Houston from now on."

"Cottage was bohemian chic. I mean, if you don't enjoy beautiful color fabric, amongst vintage art and collectibles from sultans themselves. Along with their own mythological spirit aka, magical genie in the lamp. Then you won't like Boho. The courtyard is just as fabulous, and the pool is crystal clean. Montrose was an easy to walk, to stores and restaurants."

"What a wonderful multigenerational family weekend we had at the Glass Haus for the college graduation of our son, and I give full credit to our host Ann. Ann was an excellent communicator from the moment I booked the property to the complete end of our stay. Ann made the rental experience fun and positive! She was kind enough to answer all of my questions- by text and also during a phone call. Her sweet welcoming gift was very much appreciated as well! The property itself is gorgeous. It looks exactly like the photos, and it is stocked with everything we needed to make this a special relaxed weekend. We cooked a full breakfast each morning. We appreciated the coffee maker AND the Nespresso machine! All the dishes and cookware were in great shape and covered all our needs. The kitchen is awesome! We had a large group, so ALL the beds were used-including the extra bed on the fourth floor. Everyone had a wonderful night of sleep! The beds and bedding were so comfortable. The property is in a quiet location, and it is well-built. The walls are separated from the properties on either side, so you don’t hear noise from other close by residents. All bedrooms and bathrooms were well-outfitted and the lighting was wonderful throughout the house. We loved our stay and enjoyed this home so much! Thank you to Ann for allowing us to have a stress free graduation weekend. We highly recommend this property!"

"This stay was so much fun. Tons of space, every room has its own bathroom. The beds are so comfortable and the showers and bathtub were luxurious. My absolute favorite part is the rooftop. it is honestly a million dollar view, with an amazing grill and hot tub. I am from Houston,I decided to rent this while my windows were getting fixed. Trust me when I say this is the best location in Montrose."

"Overall, this was a perfect place for our extended weekend stay. The kitchen was well stocked, though we did not use it much because of the easy access to great food at The Pit Room! We would recommend investing in new mattresses or toppers- as they were quite hard and uncomfortable for both my husband and myself."
