"When I arrived, I asked if the Decaf was still hot. The desk Clerk responded "Give me 10 minutes, and you'll have fresh." He kept his word! Breakfast: Eggs and Sausage were delicious. Added OJ and yoghurt. THe cook/server/busser gal kept the breakfast area clean and well-stocked. Room Air/heat control was easy to work. The room was clean and well-stocked. We will return."

"I didn’t know that IHG has such poorly maintained facilities in this area. Rooms were dingy and carpet is very old. Elevator was not working at all but as we called to the property twice luckily we got the rooms on main floor especially as my MIL is 90! Bathrooms are small, only tub shower so difficult for older people. No coffee pods but only tea pods in room. Definitely need a few upgrades"

"The hallways were so dirty, I have never seen a hotel so dirty like this. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in over 30 years. There was one person in line in front of me at check in, and it took us over 30 minutes to get checked in. The room itself was fine. Would recommend avoiding, especially if traveling with family. "

"Checked in late Friday night towels where dirty sheet was dirty. Called front desk all they said we would need to wait for the morning. Next day nothing not even housekeeping came to clean or replace towels . Went to the front desk and complained they said they would come the next day to clean and change towels the whole time nothing was done. Luckily I had a towel in my car. Staff just kept blaming each other"
