The front driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, and the property sits on a spacious 17,000 sq. ft. lot. Guests have full access to the backyard, side yard, and riverfront area, offering plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy.

We welcome family gatherings and small group stays. However, parties and events are strictly not allowed. This includes birthday parties, weddings, engagement celebrations, DJ events, or any loud gatherings. At no time should the number of people inside the property exceed 10.

Small, quiet family get-togethers with registered guests are absolutely fine, as long as they remain respectful and low-key.

This riverfront home features two completely independent units. Guests will enter through the main entrance and enjoy exclusive access to the larger unit, which includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a full kitchen—perfect for families or groups.

A property manager occupies a separate, smaller unit with a private entrance located on the side of the garage. There are no shared spaces between the two units, ensuring total privacy and no disturbance for either side.
