Bad experience. Let's start from the beginning: I specifically looked for a hotel in the center of Montreal with electric charging. Expedia showed us this hotel, and we happily booked it as soon as we saw it. But what a disappointment we had when, after a long journey, we were tired and met by the hotel manager, Rodney, who was rude and said that he didn’t have a parking space for our car. When we asked to let us charge our bikes, he gave us separate access, specifically so that we would not use our usual separate cards. This is such a distrustful and disgusting attitude towards people who actually arrived tired and just wanted to relax and charge their transport. When my boyfriend tiredly reacted to the fact that we were climbing several floors in the parking lot with bikes and it was quite inconvenient, Rodney did not miss the opportunity to sarcastically answer that we were to blame ourselves because he offered two options and we ourselves chose the more difficult one (seriously?). In general, in addition to not finding what we were looking for, we also encountered rudeness and causticity from the hotel manager. This is extremely unpleasant."

Front Desk very welcoming and followed up with a call to inquiry if we found everything was satisfactory with the room. Housekeeping staff kept rooms neat and tidy and were also welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay, hope to be back again.

It is excellent no complaints what so ever! We had a wonderful stay. So close to everything. We walked back from Old Montreal and it was only a 45 min walk in the evening. A few blocks up is Catherine's Street which makes it so convienient as you can find everything there. We loved it! I would totally recommend it!

We had a good stay mid March, and the location is good for dining and shopping, but we came back one night from dinner and our room reeked of fried fish, guessing ventilation from another room was the culprit. Even opening balcony door couldn’t get smell out. Took about 2 days
