"The staff are very rude, I had an issue with the travel agency, everything was paid (more than 14 thousands reais). I left the hotel in the morning when I got back to the hotel, my room was locked. They said they couldn’t find my booking in the system and they couldn’t help me politely and quickly. I don’t recommend this property."
