"Personnel peu aidant. Nous somme venue avec une remorque et puisque nous en avons parler il nous on charger un sur frai. Quand pourtant nous somme rentrer sans problème. Il nous donner la promo à appliquer sur le petit déjeuner mais n'on pas voulu nous laisser monter avec notre déjeuner quand nous avons dit que nous avions un chien. Pourtant raison de plus pour nous laisser monter et dans les autre hôtel nous pouvions le faire . Et la veille on nous a dit qu'on pourrait monter. . Il n'ont pas voulu nous donner la facture car nous avons réserver par expédia. Donc le personnel très déçu. La seul avantage est que il ait just en face et la station deu métro"

"Great location. Close to the Bell Centre, the green and orange subway lines and lots of restaurants. The rooms were great in all the things that are important: comfortable bed, clean and hot water. They could use a little TLC in terms of furniture chips, paint and cracked outlets but did not affect our stay."
