"This was a great hotel for our "larger" family - Two adults, three children (Teen and Preteen) who need a little extra room. We booked the Family Suite for four nights and it worked out very well. The furniture is a bit dated and the hotel itself is on the darker side. BUT the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had new full-size appliances. The location was perfect. Super close to everything, including the metro to get to sites a little out of our walking range. Housekeeping was accommodating of our requests. The rooftop pool and patio were very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning by visiting and taking trays of food back to our room to enjoy in the kitchen while the teenagers snoozed. We would recommend this hotel and are likely to stay here again on a family trip."

"Stayed in queen suite. Lots of room but dated. Bed soft, couch was ok. Bathroom on small side. Overall a good experience. Housekeeping daily was very good. Good location. Easy walk to Bell Centre and downtown. "

"Clean place, right in downtown of Montreal, breakfast were tasty, everyone can find something to eat, however there were no veggies. Staff really nice and helpful. "

"Upon arrival, reception lobby was very welcoming and when I got to my room, all aspect of the room was clean, it was also very easy to schedule room service. They offered a nicely boxed continental breakfast, delivered to your door each morning in a nice golden hanging tray… no disturbance, you sleep as along as you want, but when you wake up, your breakfast was already safely packaged and hanging by your door. 😀 Also, the hotel is very quiet and they overall have good hospitality. "

"The hotel is in a great location, right in Chinatown, a short walk to Old Montreal, and a 5 min walk to the Palais des Congres de Montreal. The hotel is very clean and modern. A hot breakfast is available daily with lots of options to please most palates. Parking is available for a fee in an underground garage with elevator access directly to the hotel. The parking garage easily accommodates pickup trucks. The staff is friendly and helpful in both the French and English languages. If driving in Montreal, be cautious; the potholes are horrendous. That aside, I would recommend the Hampton Inn when staying in Montreal for work or pleasure."
