"Hotel was is the middle of a major remodel, which was not communicated to us before arrival or we would have booked elsewhere. They did discount our booking by 10% for the inconvenience, which was a nice gesture. First room was dirty and poorly maintained. The staff were very helpful when we raised these concerns, and they upgraded our room after the first night. The new room was much better, but we were really put off by the first night and the ongoing construction."

"The rooms in the hotel are spotless, modern and comfortable. Aircon is brilliant and perfect when it’s 35 degrees outside. Shower is powerful. Like all rooms in Paris they are very small. The one thing the hotel could improve is that the carpets are terrible - grubby with stains on. Also they have a nice coffee machine and provide a single pod upon arrival. But then after that you have to buy them at reception for €3 each. Ridiculous!! We didn’t have breakfast as we chose to get pastries and...

"The location was great, 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The building is secure and immaculate. The staff and the breakfast was very good. When there was phone difficulties calling for a cab to the airport, Dimitri jumped on a bicycle and retrieved a cab for us. We definitely recommend staying here!!!"
