"I booked 2 rooms for my son and me. One of the rooms smelled very badly of chemicals, it’s balcony (above a busy road) wasn’t clean and it’s air conditioning was switched off. We complained (via text message, as there are no staff on site to help) and asked for a different room, only to be told they couldn’t do anything about it.
