"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Viesca. The setting is beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Concetta welcomed us and kindly showed us around, talked us through the facilities... The pool is lovely, and it was great to be able to play tennis as well. Daily housekeeping and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast included and delicious food offered by the restaurant onsite, and 20 minute drive from Florence. Perfect! No complaints at all. "

"This is a wonderful old place but…you MUST have a car! We did not have one but it’s very inconvenient and expensive to get one to come up to this area. Also - there is no dinner service on Sunday evenings - which was the day we stayed here. The staff was SO amazing and do make us a charcuterie plate - and they were wonderful. "We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"
