"Very nice and spacious rooms. Ours had a mini kitchenette. Great quality bedding. Rooms have a heat pump! Yay AC! Breakfast was included and was excellent 7-11am each day. Pool area was very nice, we didn’t used it but did sit out. Water is not heated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - walkable to lots of things. "

"We stayed here for the first three nights of our honeymoon. What a fantastic place to stay! They even had a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us when we checked! The hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of baixa-chiada, just steps from the metro station (which is very convenient if you have rolling luggage with the cobbled streets of Lisbon). All of the staff were warm and helpful, and there was always someone at the desk available. Rooms were clean and modern and the ample breakfast...

"This Hotel is a beautiful property. I think they are under staffed. We ordered food at the restaurant and waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get food. Then the Brownie dessert was described as brownie with vanilla ice cream and banana foster but it came out with Strawberry ice bream and I think some berried (no Banana foster). The brownie was cold and the food was mediocre at best. "

"The service here was amazing Joana the manager goes above and beyond, as does its sister hotel, where you can also use the facilities. Free stocked fridge, whats app communication throughout the stay. A free breakfast during the stay. Everything you could need and more. Joana the manager is exceptional and it may seem weird to put this above the room itself but she made the stay amazing for us."

"We had the best stay at the Visionaire Apartments in Lisbon. We had the King Bed room with city views. The decor was amazing and comforting and the King bed was the dream. We had two large windows and a double door to open and see all the action in the square. We stayed an entire week and would of stayed longer if we could. We will be back."

"This is a terrific place to stay and I highly recommend it! Each apartment has a well appointed if small kitchen, with all the tools necessary to prepare or reheat foods. A container with ample breakfast foods is delivered each day including breads, cheese and cold cuts , yogurt, juice and spreadables (no eggs). The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is helpful and responsive. Location is ideal and convenient!"

"This stay was a fantastic experience!! My sister and I booked a one bedroom but they were able to upgrade us for free to a 2 bedroom with stadium view and it was amazing! Also the staff was super helpful and friendly. Will stay here again for sure"

"This hotel thought of everything - Welcome drinks, through housekeeping, breakfast and water deliver to the suite, and a clean and comfortable place to stay. We were a group of 6. Everyone had a comfortable bed and room to spread out. There were also 3 showers which was much appreciated. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering recommendations and a helping hand, as needed. I definitely recommend this hotel for your group and hope to return!! "

"Lots of stairs from our unit to street level. There should have been some notification on the AC unit. It could only run one at a time. Having an onsite person in the evenings would have been helpful. "
