"The air conditioning was not working the first night and so we had to wait until the second night to call to get it fixed and I also didn’t realize that when booking this reservation it said one person when it should’ve been too because we were traveling as a couple and when we checked in the lady, never let us know that only one breakfast buffet would be included and I wish I would’ve been made aware of that upon check-in because I would’ve settled it then. This is my second time I’ve stayed here. I’d have to say the first time was a better experience."

"The hotel is very convenient to the train station and local attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. All in all the room was a great value and we were satisfied with our stay. The only thing we disliked was the entrance location, which is on a narrow cobblestone street with no sidewalks that was uncomfortable after dark."
"Nice and clean hotel, closely situated to the main sites - just a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. Staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and our stay was excellent. We stayed in the annex - don’t stress - it’s just 10 steps from the front desk. Other reviews may make it seem far away but it was really no inconvenience at all. I would happily return."
