10/10 Excellent

"Great location, close to some amazing restaurants and an easy walk or bike ride to all the sights. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very clean too. We got the room with a balcony and it was great. Only complaint was that there were some damages to the walls and just looked like it need it a paint touch up. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here."

"This is a beautiful hotel within reasonable walking distance of the Trevi fountain and colloseum and there are metro and bus stops nearby. The breakfast was excellent although some mornings, the staff were arguing with each other but despite this, they were helpful towards guests and the food selection was excellent. The reception staff were also very friendly and happy to help. The room was reasonably clean but the bed sheets were not the cleanest and there were several hairs under the mattress protector. The drains also stank a bit and our sink clogged however, this was promptly resolved when reported."
