Additional Sleeping Space: The living room includes a sofa bed, and a queen-size air mattress is also available.

Dogs must be under 50 lbs. — no exceptions
Dogs must stay off furniture and beds
Dogs must be housebroken
Please pick up after your dog immediately in the yard
Dogs must be crated when left unattended
To be considered a Service or ESA dog, the dog must be with its owner full-time and may not be left at the home alone.

Exterior Security

For the safety and security of the property, exterior Ring cameras are located at the front door, back door, and garage area. There are no cameras inside the home.
