Cambria Hotel Rockville
10/10 Excellent
"I go for business once a year in May and this is the perfect location"
"Overall an amazing place to stay! The room was humongous!!! The rest of my family who traveled to Maryland for our families event, We’re all very jealous when they saw all the pictures of how huge it was compared to their hotel rooms at other large name chains.
Our only two complaints were that the pool wasn’t up for summer… They said it’s not ready yet while this summer is kind of halfway over. And the implication of free breakfast was kind of complicated and not 100% accurate… Once my kids and I sat down for breakfast we were told we were supposed to order ahead of time. I’ve never had that experience before, but it was OK because there was amazing bagel places not too far away."
"You get a lot for the money.
They don't put any holds on your payment card. I always prefer this hotel over the Comfort Inn, with its pool and better gym. The gym is next door at the Ramada by Wyndham Hotel. To access the gym, speak to the front desk at Wyndham. Sleep Inn has a pool and a better gym than Comfort Inn. I don't usually complain; however, the internet was down one of the days as Comcast was doing service work. Speaking of the internet, the speed is shameful and inconsistent. I mean, the speeds are pretty slow for 2025. The Red Roof Inn, which has a single star, has faster internet at peak times. Sleep Inn has slower internet when there is limited occupancy. I have stayed at this hotel countless times in all parts of the building. Maybe it's me streaming games at 2 or 4k. Sleep Inn is the best hotel around for the price and offers a yummy breakfast. The Sleep Inn doesn’t require a hold on your card, while the Red Roof Inn puts a $50 hold on your card, which takes 7 days to return.
If you are picking between Sleep Inn and Red Roof Inn for typically around the same price. The Sleep Inn is worth the extra 5 to 20 dollars you pay over the Red Roof Inn"
"Very nice and reliable staff. Property was SUPER clean.
Restaurant should accept CASH along with credit card.
Rooms should have more space to put clothes such as shelves or armour or dressers.
Otherwise, I will definitely tell everyone to stay there. "
