"Excellent hotel outside the Florence’s Storic Center. It exceeded our expectations in terms of facilities, cleanliness and staff. The restaurant was good enough for us. The need for aproximate 30€ per ride to and from the storic center was the unique disturbance. I recommend this, specially for those who are used to stay in american style hotels."

"Liked: we needed a taxi ride at 4:30 AM the next morning, we got it. Kudos to the cab driver he was courteous and the cost of the ride was reasonable. Staff members arranged the transportation. We did not stay long enough to enjoy the amenities, maybe next time."

"Great hotel, not too far from either train station. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Only downside was our room, which despite being the largest room in the hotel, felt very impersonal and clinical, and the toilet flush was damaged, though it did work. Also we were in the eaves, so very little view or natural light. Access to the swimming pool was a bonus! Loved Montecatini, would stay again, but in a different room."
