"We loved the apartment and amenities. The neighbors were friendly as well and my kids enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids! The home was quiet and clean. Easy 10 minute walk to bus stop. Giulia was very responsive to any needs and sent help if we needed it! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend her place!"

"It was a great stay. You have everything you need and it's clean and quiet. There are some shops around for supplies. It's very easy and fast to get to the city center with the metro. From the metro station, there are 2 ways to get to the apartment, but one of them has some steps to climb. You can get a bus for a few stops or just walk for either of them. If you have a very early train to catch like we did, it's doable if you check the bus schedule beforehand. The host was very kind to wait for...

"Location was a bit further from city center than we thought but had grocery store nearby which was nice. Bathroom was very small and toilet needed servicing since needed much priming to flush and also tended to run after flushing. Need more towels for a week stay. Overall good value for price and answered many questions prior to visit and liked that they set up private transport to and from airport."

Location was also incredible as there are plenty of restaurants and a market within an easy walk. We used UBER/itTaxi exclusively and the wait time was typically 5 minutes or less. "We have just returned after spending a lovely week in Rome. My wife and our 3 kids have enjoyed the wonderful sites, weather and food. The apartment is situated on the outskirts of Rome. It was very clean and well furnished with air conditioning and wifi. We spent the evenings sitting in the outside area where we enjoyed the summer sunsets with a glass of wine overlooking the olive trees! It was very safe and secure with a main complex entrance then main building entry followed by apartment...

"I would not recommend this property to anyone. No one speaks English. You cannot have two appliances going at the same time. Water and stove or your phone charging and the stove. 2 days jo hot water so jo shower no cooking . The hydro was gone only from that apartment. One if the iwndrs came by and had to use a phone for translating. My husband had to go down to flip a lever each time electricity went out which was every hour, then every 30mins then every 10mins then as he flips it and coming...
