"Received excellent customer service, on family-owned and -run, vacation property. The villa resembles a castle on the exterior. Interior is spacious, and spotless. Great Room is , decorated with quirky items, such as a chair & footstool, both with the British flag; vinyl records with an actual player, and a fireplace. "We had a great stay here with 6 adults and 4 children. Lots of space in the 3 stories of the historic home. We were all very comfortable. Great pool area and we used the bicycles as well. The hosts were very helpful in arranging childcare and tours for us and a chef who came to the house to cook dinner 2 of the nights. Thanks"

"Property was large enough but the pool which we booked specifically for grandkids was really dirty and unusable until 3rd/4th day and was only there for a week. There was a dog and cat there left there, and anothet xat climbed in through window and hid under kids bed until night time that yhen jumped out and scared them. Not much privacy as someone was always coming to the property for some reason or other."

"Good property however pool was out of use for 2 of the days we stayed, walls thin so could hear everything in the rooms next door and there is not much in the area other than one restaurant next door and a small train station Breakfast was good just enough for what you need for breakfast Catered to dietry needs well too! "the shuttle isn’t great. great confort. towels are 1-2 euros. restaurant is excellent. if you are looking for a comfortable camping it’s fine, but it’s not a hotel. they could not give us an extra pillow "
