"My friend and I stayed in a double queen room at the Pacific Inn in Monterey. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The sink was open to the room with a private shower/bathtub with toilet combo. The room included a table with 2 chairs so we could comfortably eat take-out food and play cards when desired. There's a reasonably priced restaurant within a short walking distance for good breakfasts and lunches. We didn't try it for dinner, but likely would be good down-home cooking then too. The gentleman who checked us in and out was kind, efficient and professional. The Pacific Inn is not especially close to sightseeing venues, but was fairly easy to navigate to and from venues when driving. The reasonable cost for the Pacific Inn made it worth the minor inconvenience. We agreed that we recommend this motel and would stay at the Pacific Inn again."
