"Everything was going well. My husband and i were staying to attend a conference. Unfortunately, we were abruptly woken at 11pm Saturday night by the fire alarms. We were panicked, triggered by the current affairs of the war, grabbed our belonging and prepared to evacuate. The overhead alert stated for us to remain and wait for instructions, yet none came. No alert on our phone from the concierge service, nobody came to our door. The alarm went off and on and off again. Still no communication. I laid awake all night, too tired to attend the last day of my paid for conference. No complimentary breakfast or free night stay was offered for this inconvenience, I'm very disappointed. "

"Building and staff was excellent but room they did not clean it looked like because there was stains and blood on the sheets and bed we went to go to our room and we had to wait for them to send Bell hop up to clean and redo the bed and everything before we can turn in for the night great place but need to be have more cleanliness"
