"The room was great. The grounds were very clean and welcoming. Comfortable bed. Only issue we had was when we got pre-checked in at 1pm, someone said they would call us to let us know when our room was ready. I finally called at 4:30 and they said “oh it’s ready”. No apologies. We were tired and walked around town"
