You got me a room with a kitchen and a balcony for a little old lady. All I was staying at a different hotel which I ask for you to let me continue to stay there and you said there was no room so I then asked you to book me a place which you did And then I found out I couldāve stayed in the same Motel that Iād already been in This Cost twice as much money, no breakfast just just awful "
