Not a great stay

Very loud hotel with noises from other rooms, with paper thin walls. The breakfast wasn’t very good at all, especially considering the price of the hotel.

Un weekend lungo da sogno, a ridosso del mio 43esimo compleanno. SPA e wellness area molto ben attrezzate e personale sempre gentile e disponibile, ristorante ottimo soprattutto per riprendere energie dopo la scalata in bici sul Monte Blockhaus! Consigliatissimo!

Bellissima struttura curata nei minimi particolari, completa di tutto, praticamente non avresti bisogno di uscire,camere bellissime, televisore da 32 pollici non le solite piccoline, SpA molto bella e completa,ristorante sempre all'interno della struttura,personale molto attento e gentilissimo. Ottima esperienza presso questa struttura dotata di ogni comfort, anche di un centro benessere di cui peró non ho usufruito. Provo ad elencare tutti i pregi: ampio parcheggio gratuito, checkin e chekout rapidi, ristorante superlativo all'interno della struttura, camera ampia con tutto il necessario (anche le ciabattine), colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti e cappuccino/caffe preparato stile bar. Sono rimasta positivamente colpita, spero di tornarci in futuro!

Le prix et trop chère pour notre séjour

Très belles hôtel. Le petits déjeuner et à revoir trops de pâtisserie (cadeaux, biscuits, et tartes )il manque des oeufs comme des omelette ou oeuf à la coque, pas beaucoup de charcuterie. Pour un hôtel à se prix là sa demande de revoir leur buffet. Un autre point négatif il y a pas de bar pour prendre un verre apéritif. On voulait allé manger au restos car dans l'hôtel il y a un restaurant. Notre surprise quand on nous a dit que le lundi le restaurant et fermé, on a du allez mangé à extérieur et prendre l'apéritif à extérieur aussi .j'ai payé beaucoup moyen chère dans un autre hôtel ou le petit déjeuner était riche un bar pour prendre un verre sent devoir sortir de hôtel et mangé dans le restaurant .je suis déçu pour cella .

Ottima esperienza sotto la neve

Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte dell'epifania dove la neve non è mancata. Questo ha reso l'atmosfera magica sia il primo giorno trascorso nella confortevole spa, che il resto della mini vacanza. Personale sempre disponibile ed educato.

Relax e Benessere

Viaggio di lavoro, struttura di valore storico architettonicamente interessante. Ottima proposta di ristorazione nel sottostante ristorante La Segreta, colazioni ampiamente al di sopra della media con prodotti locali e torte, massimo comfort in camera ampia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Forse finestra della camera un po' piccola rispetto alle dimensioni dell'appartamento, bagno senza finestra e qualche odore non proprio gradevole nei corridoi ma bisogna considerare che è una villa antica e quindi qualche compromesso è inevitabile. SPA non provata.
