"L'appartamento si trova a Marina di Grosseto in un condominio popolare dall'aspetto esteriore non molto rassicurante, invece l'app. all'interno è ok. (Non adatto a chi non può fare 4 rampe di scale).Le spiagge di Marina sono belle, molto ampia quella libera che va verso Principina a Mare.Da non perdere una passeggiata sulle mura di Maliano in Toscania."

"Ruhige Lage, Lidl / Penny / COOP in unmittelbarer Nähe, schöner Garten (aber auch viele Mücken), sicherer privater Parkplatz, optimal für 2 Personen, leider haben nicht alle Fenster und Türen einen Insektenschutz, Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert (Wir hatten 28°C innen und 80% Luftfeuchtigkeit.), Follonica hat einen schönen Strand und gute, sichere Bademöglichkeiten"

"Es ist ein Traum zum erholen. Ein sehr gastfreundliches und nettes Dörfchen. Die Anna Maria ist immer erreichbar und beantwortet alle Fragen. Alles sehr gut zu erreichen, die Wineprobe, das Meer, die Thermalquelle auch die Pizzeria. Der Ausblick über Toscana ist atemberaubend und unbezahlbar. Man bekommt nicht genug davon. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Appartment complex was easy to find from owners direct map and final directions from the actual owners. Laura was very helpful, especially helpful was communicating via text, and in English, which made life very easy. Appartment was nice airy and light. We didn't cook but everything was there should you want to. However; no kettle!! Needs a kettle. Sofa bed was very comfy, however it would of been a nice touch if they correct sheets/ bedding were left out ready to make as it took us a while to...

"Hier stimmt einfach alles. Campagnatico ist ein wahrer Traum, das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und der Kontakt zu Frau Veith war sehr nett, es gab sehr gute Tips für Unternehmungen und einen tollen nicht so überlaufenen Strand. Wir haben uns ein bisschen (mehr) in die Toskana verliebt..."

"The opportunity to stay in this quiet hilltop village is quite amazing and then there is the apartment, itself! Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest. There are so many sites to explore within a short driving distance loved Magliano & Talamone, beautiful! Our only regret is that this tone we weren’t able to stay here longer… love to...

"Lovely little Bungalow very quiet surroundings Lovey pool and quiet Restaurant very helpful when closing made us a sandwich when for back from rme at 10.30pm Shop closes a little early7.30pm if u arrive late for booking in but was friendly n helpful when they were just closing to get. Few bits"
