"Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...

Unico problema un po' umido, considerando l'ottimo livello di ristrutturazione direi che il prossimo passagio è installare un unità di condizionatore/deumidificatore automatico, ne esistono anche con auto spegnimento per salvare energia/consumi quando viene aperta a finestra o la porta. "Apartment is really cute and perfect for vacation in the summer. It’s more than enough room for two persons to sleep and eat while you enjoy toscana on the day. The couch / bad is a little bit squeaky and isn’t the newest anymore but is okay for persons under 30 I guess. Vania is really nice and was always trying to help us to enjoy our stay even more. Thanks once again!"

"Wie haben uns in den liebevoll eingerichteten Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt über Mückennetze an jedem Fenster. Der nächste Ort Fonteblanda ist fußläufig erreichbar und in der Bucht von Talamone kann man sehr gut surfen. Zum Baden ist der Strand nicht so geeignet, da es ziemlich viele Algen gibt und das Meer sehr flach ist. "

"What can I say!!!! Best hotel, Amazing service from check in staff who are amazing and welcoming. They are super helpful and friendly. The manager was amazing, so helpful and accommodating . She helps , and pay attention to little details to make your time great and always with a smile . Restaurant staff were amazing and attentive. Management is superb , and waiters are very highly trained to make guests feel special. Egor was great in particular as he is fast , attentive, and super friendly. We have been coming here for the 4 th time now as it is great and upscaled. It is part of the i prefer hotels . Only my gps keeps taking me to a different location thinking we arrived, but the street is closed. Restaurants, breakfast, dinner, lunch all had great selections. They even arranged couple massages for us on the panoramic terrace. Over all it is 10 out of 10."
